Pros

Nice management and trainers, also coworkers are friendly.

Cons

So eager about hiring individuals they delay all screening processes until after you are employed. I worked for three weeks and was suddenly let go due to them saying my background check disqualified me from the position. I discussed my record with both the staffing agencies and the hiring manager Justin and was assured everything would be fine. My trainer even went to the office with me to advocate how I was the best in her class and am perfect for a career at concentrix. Unfortunately HR claimed their "hands were tied."

Pros

Concentrix, would be a good place to work if management would be handled better, so at this time no pros.

Cons

I worked there for limited time, there management and payroll is are all handled via email. Communication is a big issue... Every payroll I ever received had to be mailed out and never received on time, then once direct deposit was set up for the following payroll there was another error

Pros

-Acceptable relocation package for people moving from abroad, that included accommodation in hotel and reimbursement of flight tickets. -Great multicultural team, hence easy to meet new people from across Europe and around the world.

Cons

The wages are incredibly low, even for the management- which means you're managed by someone who feels under-valued and under-paid. Training is minimal, you're often forced to work bank holidays (including Christmas day and Easter), the upper management have absolutely no interest in the employees (they don't care). The staff turn-over is very high. Non professional HR, employee is threatened less then a number. Big call center with many contracts, would like to become the worlds largest, and this is noticeable towards all employees. Company is switching contracts in extremely rapid time, which shows in the quality of employees. No respect, favouritism, bad working hours. Not recommended, as it's not being a high quality employer.
