Each department is so separate from each other it's like working in different countries Distrustful of employees, lack of training and support Accounting department is the worst to work in Frat atmosphere, ie drinking alcohol in the workplace

There is such a high level energy at ConnectWise and a drive to be world beaters. Expectations are high but realistic and attainable when everyone works together. This company is certainly not for everyone, but for overachievers and those that like challenges, every day is filled with them. The potential for this company is whatever it sets its sights and goals on. Lunch is provided every single day to every employee free of charge. Every major benefit you could imagine and they understand their best assets are their people, and they do everything they can to treat them well.

Cons

I'm a positive person, so I choose to believe there are no cons, just the occasional roadblock that you have to bust through.
