Pros
You are essentially running your own business, with a massive amount of resources and information at your fingertips. Independence, free will to work as best fits for you, growth potential and you can change roles fairly seamlessly - they want to retain good employees. Leadership is good & honest but they do harp on some old fashioned thoughts. It’s an emotional rollercoaster and finding business is extremely hard. This job is not for the faint hearted and you will be miserable if you don’t come in with a positive attitude and massive drive to succeed. Management is excellent. Transparency is excellent. Our customers love our customer service & vendors always have positive things to say. Big enough to be a large scale company but still treated as a mom and pop shop - it’s perfect culture for everyone involved.
Cons
Systems are very outdated (though they are fixing that). The new hire coaching program is horrible & does not set employees up for success - just do away with it. The processes make everything slow and seemingly impossible.
