Pros

I've worked here for 8 months, received a raise and have one of the best jobs I've ever had. No pressure from my supervisor or anyone in management about my stats. Everyone here at the phoenix location is helpful and tries to help you on your calls. Totally a cool place to work with solid benefits. I also got a $400 bonus recently for my calls.

Cons

The calls can be a bit slow, so the day can drag on

Pros

I take roughly 40 calls per day from mainly older people who have questions about their phone or invoice. Simple stuff really. Clean and new office with great co-workers and supervisors. The customers aren't angry, often no callers are waiting, training is 4 weeks and the flex day option is awesome. Everyone on my team has been here longer than 5 months so not sure about the comments regarding high-turnover. Cool company and all benefits are sweet. Generous company.

Cons

You will be sitting in a comfy chair all day, talking to people through a headset. Not a lot of time to note after the call, expected to note while speaking with the customer.

Pros

The benefits are paid by the company. Met some great coworkers. Private desk. I liked the job I did.

Cons

Micromanaged to the second. Hold times for customers were an hour most of my last six months there. The supervisors are not allowed to give their teammates help so that person can keep their job. I saw at least 3 people fired when some 1 on 1 coaching would have saved their job and the company money for training new people.Actually supervisors are not supposed to talk to the people under them and they are watched. There is so many negatives about this place. That is why I left. I have worked a lot of places, about ready to retire. This is one of the worst work environments I have worked in
