-Absolutely no room for growth -Included benefits are a joke -ZERO trust in its employees, management would spy on you through a webcam if they could -The only thing this company values is how much of their product they can sling by undercutting all competition be any means necessary -Make no mistake, this is not an engineering company: It is a sales company that treats engineering as an afterthought. If you are not in a sales position, you are not truly valued by management -Extremely high rate of turnover

Parent company "Quikrete" needs to learn to trust their lower level managers. They are the ones that make this company successful. They need to put some money back into the company and not beat them up over every dime. Trust s a two way street. Benefit package need some serious help the costs to the employee's are way to high and the coverage is way to low.

Company was bought out by Quickrete. Quickrete switched to an older platform (software and hardware) that is way outdated, provided less benefits for more money, cut the work force down by a third. Very aggressive takeover, workers are now overworked due to lack of resources and modern day tools.

Quikrete is all about the numbers and business was thriving before they aquired Contech.

Recently acquired by Quikrete, had to change over all benefits ones that were inferior. Without engineering degree, it isn't easy to advance. Always switching systems around so it never feels like it works properly. Easy to get overloaded by work and have to work longer hours.
