Strong ethical values. Spirit of adventure. Can do attitude. Willingness to go the extra mile for clients. Sense of heritage.

Cons

Lack of back office support means consultants spend too much time focusing on non core activities. As a result margins are negatively impacted because time and effort are misdirected.
