Great mix of motivated people with varied backgrounds and language capabilities. Dynamic and fast paced environment with stimulating projects. Flexible work environment in which employees can thrive.

Cons

Many administrative tasks which can take up significant time, slow down the course of everyday work and sometimes clash with the company's drive to generate more business.

Pros

Interesting work in some seriously interesting places with some super talented people. Great client list results in really fun projects.

Cons

Still a bit too old boys club with one or two fairly average characters holding some big jobs without adding obvious value. Has changed (for the good) in last 5 years so this will hopefully soon be a thing of the past.
