Pros
Depending on your team and clinic location, it can be great working with phenomenal teammates and great management.
Cons
Same with the pro, you could have the worst team + clinic and it would be horrible working there day-to-day. The upper executive management is a bit two-faced to each site's program director / clinical director and it trickles down. Pay is not great for the amount of work you have to do. You're told you *need* to sign contracts as a fulltime employee to receive a "bonus" that is paid if you stay for two years and taken away if you leave (there were 6mo./1yr/2yr bonuses that would add up to this, but would be taken away if you left shortly after). One of my colleagues was told he was getting paid too much at $24/hr and they were trying to bump him down to $21/hr and asking to sign a contract. It's just a very predatory company that does not care about its employees. The benefits are the worst too, it's almost impossible finding a provider in that network. Turnover is through the roof.
