After 12 years of being a store manager I got a review that was average. I am the manager people turn to with questions and I was at the top in almost every area. When you make quarterly quotas to get a bonus, they will raise your quota to an unreasonable amount. Mine is a 23% increase over LY now because I was hitting the goals. Now it's impossible. They don't give reviews you deserve so you don't get the raise you deserve. I wouldn't work for this company again.

Pay is absolute crap for the amount of work required and stress. I’ve worked there for 8 years and make less than $13... Not much opportunity at all to advance. Give no recognition when it doesn’t fit into their agenda. The company will not hesitate at all to screw over their employees when it comes to money. I was promised a raise, then Covid shut down majority of the stores. Mine stayed open throughout. Instead of back paying me what I’m owed now that we are open again. I was essentially told that I should be thankful to get a raise at all because they could have canceled it all together. Oh, also didn’t receive not one thank you or any recognition at all for staying open earning them money when I could have gone on unemployment and made WAY more $. I’m ashamed I’ve wasted so many years of my life to this low-life company.
