Pros

None, nada, bupkis, 0, nothing

Cons

There are too many to possibly recount, this is the worst company I ever worked for. If you are contemplating accepting a position, don’t walk, RUN away. Whatever they offer you, it’s not worth it. Trust me.

Pros

Cotiviti was a great company to work for, with awesome benefits and promises to earn 3 days of working from home (however, I was laid off before this and my raise). PTO was up to 18 days with 10 holidays (now 9 due to the acquirement). The people were great as well--I loved my manager and team. Former CEO was fantastic! Great place to start a career in business right out of college. Lots of swag give-outs.

Cons

Training was 8 weeks and not run very well. The new CEO mislead us into thinking our department would not be touched in terms of Layoffs, however, about 2 months later some people from our department, myself included, were tricked into thinking we would be moving up a floor with a new seating chart with our names on it (however, very carelessly done and without consultation from the managers). But then the next week, about 15 of us were called in to be laid off. Very poorly handled and shocking. Also scary that our managers were being kept out of the loop and had no say...

Pros

Company claim to be the leader in what it does. Great for your resume and moving on to better things. Opportunity to learn new skill because of the great engineering group.

Cons

Very top heavy. This company hire 3 new VPs for every 1 engineer. Too many commanders not enough people to do work. They preach work life balance but everyone in the work force is over worked. You are expected to work on your off days or called in from vacations. Multiple single points of failure. Work life balance only applies to Upper management which is not good. Not enough technical knowledge amongst leadership, who have no idea how to utilize their talent pool. You get repremanded for asking a question to leadership that is viewed infavorable to them. Very limited growth opportunities. Depends on how connected you are to leadership. Hire too many of their college friends and golf buddies to lead the company and it is showing in the quality of the leadership. The CEO is almost never seen and his team of C level suite and VPs are no different. You ask questions in town Hall meetings, they tell you they will respond in writing but then ignore it and never respond. They court you very well, but once you get on, you realize quickly that it's all smoking mirrors. Compensation is no different. Only leadership gets bonuses and they do not deserve any. Employees work themselves to death and get a 2% merit increase while leadership walk away with 11+ % plus bonuses. The company have watch great leaders walk away because they refuse to fit into their corrupt culture. If you are looking for a great place to work, this company is not it... Take your talents some place else.
