Pros

Semi-Flexible work schedule, co workers are nice, the area is nice. Starting salary is pretty decent compared to other companies.

Cons

Training on the business is horrible. You would be lucky if you have a competent person training you when you get hired. Even so, because there is no FORMAL training, if the person training you gives you incorrect information on how to do the job, then you end up getting the heat if you do it wrong. You do see a lot of employees chat their day away while the other members of their team work. You need a certain type of work ethic and a least some knowledge of the business in order to survive your first six months. I've seen so many people come and go it actually made me a bit nervous. You must also be handle pressure.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you did not have a positive training experience. That is certainly not our goal and something I would like to correct. You also mentioned some ideas related to certifications and concerns about benefits. I encourage you to talk to your manager and/or local HR representative about these issues. You can also give me a call. The more effective we can be in addressing these issues to support the success of our team members, the more successful we will be in serving our clients.
