People close to management will be recognized and not people who are working and contributing to growth of organization. 4. Worst appraisal process 5. Company is in negative growth or stagnant with no further improvement seen. 7. The focus of company has changed top Management also left the organization. 8. Don’t trust people and keep an eye on their activity and movements. Always try to find them on online job portals and then bully them. 9. No work life Balance and no flexibility on working hours. 10. Have no concern on employee health and security. 11. Not much support from US Counterpart and not much interactions with employees. 12. Maximum client’s have left.

Constant change, 2 years ago buy out by Advent, this year merger with iHealth Technologies. With Advent wiped out all Senior Management (which actually was an old boys club and was a good thing if Connolly was every going to grow). HR changes though have led to really bad communication issues and not getting any better. It's like they are scared to share anything. We keep hearing rumors of bonus/salary changes and the instead of putting out the fires, they wait until the last minute and dump it on the employees and expect them to be happy.
