This is not a place to build a career. Favoritism, promotions handed to same group of people. you are getting paid no where close to the market, if you work here please check same position in companies near by. Management is clueless. Foreigners being brought in on transfer Visa and giving management position to save money, no special skills required. I highly discourage professionals to apply here as the turnover is crazy. We had over 10 employees leave within the past few months and many more to come. They have no consideration to their employee needs to talent retention and then wonder why the company is suffering. HR will reply to this review asking to address my concerns with HR and Managers but unfortunately after we did a feedback focus group, nothing changed and pay is still poor. The increases don't cover cost of living and a lot of people can barely afford rent on that salary.

No training, no onboarding. They do not invest in their brands or their people. It is a bully culture and everyone is stressed out, burnt out and covering their butts from all of the finger-pointing. People are leaving and not being replaced. Round after round of "restructurings," people getting pushed out, everyone expects bad news whenever there is an announcement. No spending of any kind allowed. Very poor communication, which might not be a bad thing because certain "leaders" should not be leading and are not inspiring. They don't pay their bills on time so vendors don't want to work with the company.
