Good group of front line people who are working to make Coveo a great place to work.

Cons

Coveo has a stigma against people who are considered "too nice". Lots of cliques. CEO - auugghhh. Quite arrogant.

A bit of nepotism. Some VPs and leaders who are grossly incompetent manage to keep going because nobody seem smart enough to understand the data.

Pros

A lot of the people who work here are genuinely great individuals who will go out of their way to fight for you or help however they can. The offices in Canada are beautiful but there is little investment outside of their home country.

Cons

The management team frequently changes direction and limits product development because no plan can be stuck to. Salaries and benefits are 10+ years behind the tech average, their PTO policy is very restrictive and they will try to claw any compensation back they can, including limiting bonuses with vague thresholds or fine print requirements.
