Pros

hard to think of any benefits including benefits package which is the worst by far. You will flourish here if you know someone in a powerful seat or else suffer even though you maybe over qualified.

Cons

- zero corporate strategy across the org from management to HR - clueless new leadership direction will have taken your job not long after you begin i.e. the revolving door company - definitely NOT an Equal Opportunity Employer

Decent pay at first Amazing people Educated colleagues Probably the best 401k match at 6% Unlimited PTO

Not gona go crazy here but def could. Workload is unbelievable. My department is grossly understaffed and has been this way for well over a year. Despite consistent requests to management to hire at least one more person for our team, our managers swap out before we get any leeway! I’m on my 4th manager in just over a year. This is a huge issue because every time someone new comes in, they change up things a lot. I’m in too many meetings that are pointless and have so much work to be done that i decided to stop trying to keep my to-do list together. I wouldn’t keep this job if i got paid double what i get paid currently. What stinks is that the people i work with are pretty awesome, but i feel like i never see them that much anymore because they are so busy.

Not the great place to work it once was.

Generous PTO and WFH opportunites

Cons

Change in leadership has devalued the culture and integrity the company once had. Promotions do not happen no matter how skilled you are. Layoffs occur with no warning and not communicated to the rest of the company. Leadership makes decisions without considering the impact.
