Pros

100% remote long before Covid.

Cons

All they care about is numbers and not their employees. Employees are overworked underpaid and are not valued enough. The employees have to enter time for each task they complete to account for their 10 or more hours work day. Managers find the time to nit pick and question why employees spend too much time on a task. Job requirements and expectations are unrealistic. They find every way to micromanage employees. The managers for this team are MICROMANAGERS on steriod. Chamberlain University courses are developed quickly without true quality an operate like a true "chop shop" My advice to prospective employees is RUN! Do not say yes to this team.

Pros

I supported Chamberlain University primarily and loved working with my Campus Presidents and Adjunct Faculty. One of the best recruiting roles I’ve had.

Cons

Corporate culture was toxic and leadership lead with fear and intimidation. Managers blatantly lied and used their subordinates as scapegoats to avoid looking unqualified to lead a team. Leadership was retaliatory and speaking up about concerns, or calling out bad behavior was frowned upon.

Was good at first, but the culture has changed

Pros

Decent pay and time off. Great managers and team

Cons

When I was first hired, I loved the company. Summer hours, great pay, lots of time off, stability, it was a an amazing culture to be apart of I’m not sure when things shifted but now, it doesn’t feel like the company cares much about their employees. There’s little room for growth (while those in the c suite get promotions even if they weren’t competent), our bonuses got cut even though they go on and on about how well the company is doing, and they recently started mass layoffs I’m currently looking for something else because it’s starting to feel like a dead end.
