Pros

They have a constant supply of snacks, games, shirts and various small things you get as incentive throughout each month. The supervisors are fairly helpful and reasonable. And you do have team meetings about weekly.

Cons

All call centers are entry level, you’ll meet a variety of people while working there. The job itself feels degrading when speaking with customers as most of them are very entitled and cuss you out daily. Also, once you’re in the role, it’s EXTREMELY difficult to get out of that role.
