CSH does implement new policies, as it is our obligation to provide our services in compliance with the policies outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). We want to ensure that we remain up to date with the developments occurring within the field of ABA. We do pride ourselves on our training process, so it is unfortunate to hear that the written, visual, and hands on training approaches did not work for you. To assist with assimilating to the company, newly hired employees are able to work with supervisors in person to go over ABA terminology, observe sessions in a Social Skills group setting, as well as experience sessions in both an office and home setting. We provide newly hired employees with the opportunity to train in a group setting to facilitate collaborative learning. Throughout the training process a supervisor works alongside the new hires to introduce them to the company, and support them in the ABA Therapy field.

I am sorry to hear that you had a negative experience working at CS4Hope. We strive to provide excellent service to our customers and our staff. CS4Hope provides a 3 day paid training program for new staff before they begin work on client cases. We also provide ongoing training and support to our therapist.
