      Unfortunate experience

      Pros

      Met some great people; learned a lot about ABA. The children and families were great to work with.

      Cons

      Unorganized management. Lots of driving; drove 50-100 miles a day with very little compensation. The hours are extremely inconsistent; not a reliable source of a fixed income. Management was truly not good as many supervisors aren't qualified to be ABA supervisors; rather they just worked in the company for so long they ended up moving up. Unethical billing standards that made me uncomfortable. Was harassed by supervisor for months; brought it to HR attention and still didn't let supervisor go.

      Hi, thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you did not have a positive experience at Creative Solutions for Hope. We aim to provide a great learning experience here, along with support from upper management to aid in employee development. During the interview process, we let our therapists know that we do try to keep them within a 25-mile radius of their homes, but we do also ask our therapists where they feel comfortable driving as well. If a therapist says that they are willing to travel outside of that 25-mile radius, they may be scheduled there as well.       Worst Experience in ABA Field

      Pros

      A couple great employees which are supportive and met some great families too.

      Cons

      This has to be the worst company I have ever worked for in the ABA field. The CEO is very rude, micro manager and on a huge power trip. She thinks she is running a kingdom not an ABA agency. Billable hours are their only main concern and they are not in this field for the children but for the money. Very bad culture which is set from above and trickled down. Staff on all levels come and go like a revolving door here. Don't waste your talent and time when there are so many other better opportunities in the ABA field!

      Thriving and Growing

      Pros

      This company is thriving, growing their business and territory. Which means if you put in the elbow grease, there is room to grow with the company. Tons of families referring families = great teams. Invested in the children's ability to mainstream and constantly thinking of how to broaden the world with children with disabilities.

      Cons

      A ton of driving, which is part of the job.
