Pros

Virtual sales and support call center and virtual communications provide safety from COVID and work/life flexibility

Cons

Every employee agrees: this is a toxic work environment with low morale and everyone searching for another job. Management is erratic, inconsistent, and provides no clear policies or procedures for the company workplace. Compensation and rules can change and have changed without notice. Accusations are made regularly in shared communication channels to embarrass workers - and they are often unfounded and incorrect. The CEO assigns two unskilled workers to micromanage and harrass employees with no framework or understanding of labor laws. Rather than focus on getting work done, management focuses on checking boxes and filling in sheets that turn focus away from sales and customer support. Last but not least, customers are marketed through deceiving website content. Over 90% of sales calls are from angry callers asking for another company to dispute or settle collections. The CEO denies this is deceptive, but this review lets the reader be the judge.

Pros

Working from home is the only positive I can think off

Cons

This place is truly a joke and such an embarrassment to the credit repair industry. The training was bad. Too quick and asked for unrealistic expectations. The managers and operations leaders are clueless how sales work and know nothing about credit, just sad. Employees are suffering because of this. Despite the bad reviews I accepted this position but OMGOSH those reviews are true.

NOTHING BUT HEADACHES!

Pros

Work from home and weekly pay.

Cons

If you want to work for the most insecure, underserving, spoiled rotten CEO you can imagine, apply here. This is a revolving door of patchwork rules and hired/fired/rehired employees who can't stand who is running the company. The CEO should not be let out of a room to deal with grown professionals; he wines, curses, disrespects, rants, hangs up, disconnects, boohoos & nags everyone. And that's on his good days! He ENCOURAGES a cut-throat culture and thrives on hurting people through his position. Horrible leadership combined with changing rules makes this place a nightmare!
