Most management company are only after profits and satisfaction for the owners, so Crescent is one of the worst.

Pros

You learned really fast on how to watch out for yourself. Most of the people are good to work with. Overall, the heart of the company are what makes it work. I meant the workers not management.

Cons

Mostly disorganized, especially to the upper management. Executive team made a point that it’s not personal just really about business. Really hard to please upper management and owners in the long run.

Pros

hard and dedicated corporate support team...obvious they are burned out and have run out of gas

Cons

Paying well below other management company's / you use it/you loose it in vacations unlike all other company's offer to pay it out/no written reviews for corporate staff so you never know where you stand/ if the CEO does not like you ...your gone /corporate positions are never posted/10 years I worked for CHR and never got a thank you.What happened to Crescent Culture as it is gone.

Poor leadership: In a group setting I heard a great motivational speech and how amazing the company is from the CEO (prior to the opening). My first interaction w/ the CEO one on one he asked me if I was running a Holiday Inn. Mind you I was working at a historical full service hotel that was not even completely renovated and they decided to open. Instead of saying, "thank you, you are working under some unusual working conditions" he chose to just talk down to me.
