Non-managemet employees are great, good benefits, hotel discounts

Cons

Everything! They lie about your shifts when hired. Insult you regularly. Screw you out of vacation days and no growth opportunities. And they don't send you your cobra information when you leave. Even if they know you have a disability.

Decent benefits, some good people in the corporate organization.

Cons

This company has a horrible operations chain. Corporate only cares about money and not about the people. They give NO tools in order to achieve success and expect results. They have a person that does everything at corporate but none offer any actual information or advise in order to build success. This is THE WORST COMPANY. Do not work for this company if you can help it.

-- Getting a Paycheck. -- The Insurance is actually pretty good.

Cons

-- You really, I mean really have to earn your paycheck here. -- Total incompetence. Zero Training. Zero tools. Infinite expectations. Watch out for your hours. Very low mentality people out to get you, you can't trust anyone especially not the management. Sure there are some good honest people there. -- Bottom line is they give almost everyone the job of 2-4 people and expect them to do it with less pay and less hours and with a big smile. -- Luck of the draw could be different for you but my experience: A waste of time if you're looking to build a career. -- They will set you up to fail and put the blame on you without batting an eyelid and will not care if their company suffers as a result. Zero training, zero tools, and infinite expectations. Some of the people here are totally insane if it wasn't for the economy they would have nobody to work for them period.
