Remote….. that’s it. The only way you can function as you are not in the face of stupidity all day.

Cons

Coworkers are pitted against each other and working together has no benefit. Communication is contradictory and confusing. Technology is a MESS

False claims of life balance

Good benefits. Decent pay. Work from home equipment provided. Employee run support channels.

Cons

False claims of providing flexibility. False claims of supporting a work/life balance. False claims of placing people first. False claims of wanting people to use their PTO with no repercussions. False claims of “family first, faith second, work after”. Provides opportunities for support groups, but not breaks to participate in said groups. Mandatory daily overtime without pay. Thinly veiled threats of mass termination at nearly every weekly meeting creating a fear culture.

Working remote. Great ADR and team

Cons

Management has no idea what they are doing, they do mass lay off even without any warnings!!! Then hire new Recruiters. Make 0 sense. Invest in the people who have been there working hard, not hire new people.
