Pros

Great relationships with co-workers as you form a bond as you all suffer the same abuse in feeling that no matter how much you do, it's not enough. Commission structure is good, technology is top of the line.

Cons

Horrible leadership. They have people leading that should not be. You get promoted by kissing up, not by the quality of works knowledge and leadership you provide. They will smile to your face and spit on you when you turn your back. Leadership sits in meetings talking down about everyone below them as if they are lesser humans. Terrible base salary compared to competitors. They took away growth bonuses and replaces them with milestone baseball caps.

Pros

- Completely remote; - Somewhat independent work

Cons

- Managers and upper management claim to listen to feedback and provide support, but blatantly do not; - HR is non-existent, not supportive, and provides no assistance to employees with actual workplace and discrimination issues that were brought to them with documented times and dates (they never responded via email nor IM); - Having to enter the same information that is in the company system for an employee/medical professional and also having to respond to emails to coworkers who can easily get an update from the company system. Redundancy is high; - Dealing with several different coworkers (who have been with the company for several years) every day who don't understand the process; - Managers will prevent you from being promoted because they are understaffed; - Performance not based on production (which is tracked), but how the manager feels about you - The CEO wants you to put the company first and he says it in all of their little webinars. RED FLAG

Pros

n o n e .

Cons

this company is absolutely awful. If you're looking to work 7 days a week, 12 hour days, and then get in trouble for taking 15 minutes over your lunch this is for you. They told us in a meeting, verbatim, "although your hours are M-f, 9-6, we expect you to work 7 days a week, and check in daily, and at least stay until 9pm. you should take 2 15 minutes breaks and one lunch break. this isn't a job, this is your life." Even if you hit goals, you're discouraged saying you could do better if you worked overtime. This company is awful, "Directors" had to have a company wide apology meeting for screaming at the company. they expect you to make 400 calls a week, regardless of how many nurses you talk to. if you dont hit goal, you are not allowed to log off. They micromanage, and are abusive. if you're looking for a job in recruitment, this is NOT it. plus, if you're a nurse, they have the lowest rates across the board. NO work life balance, NO support.
