CrossCom National is not worth your time. They have incredibly high standards when they're looking for new hires; they usually look for people with good credentials and years of experience, but leadership always manages to drive them away because of their controlling nature. Instead of relying on the expertise and experience of the people they hired, they instead opt to force everyone into doing things the way they want, even if they have no idea what they're talking about. It was frustrating to be hired, only to have my opinions disregarded and be forced into doing things in a stupid and inefficient manner, all because of leadership's ego. I couldn't tolerate the disrespect and constant micromanagement any longer, so I decided to leave.

It’s unreliable, stressful, and totally draining. If you’re even considering working here, think twice. This place is chaos disguised as a job. The micromanagement is off the charts, it feels like someone’s always hovering over your shoulder, ready to criticize the tiniest thing. You won’t get real training, just a bunch of corporate talk that sounds fancy but means nothing. The upper management acts like they’re running some billion-dollar empire, but honestly, half the time they don’t even seem to know what’s going on. You better watch your back! People constantly worry about being fired or scolded for taking a single day off. They do not care about their employees. You’ll work long hours, make below-average pay, and still be told you’re not doing enough. And don’t expect consistency, one day they’ll act supportive, the next day they’ll throw you under the bus.
