Pros

There's a culture of cooperation among employees.

Cons

Too bad because the leadership doesn't care share the same culture of cooperation and collaboration that the employees have. The leadership provides minimal support to employees, and it doesn't invest in our growth and development. The current company structure makes it almost impossible to have opportunities for promotion and advancement, and the work environment makes my work much more exhausting than it needs to be.

Pros

Some team members were collaborative and technically capable.

Cons

The primary issue was the ongoing lack of investment in infrastructure and system upgrades. Core tools were outdated, yet expectations for performance continued to increase. Instead of modernizing the environment, temporary fixes became long-term solutions. This created recurring technical issues that slowed progress and caused unnecessary frustration. Requests for improvements were often acknowledged but rarely acted upon. Over time, it became clear that stability was being sacrificed to avoid meaningful upgrades.

Pros

I strongly advise against working for this company. Asking me for positives makes no sense.

Cons

- Workflows were disastrously planned, constantly inefficient, and created endless problems. - Support was nonexistent and felt like a bad joke. - The push for independence was only an excuse to avoid accountability. - Blame was quickly shifted onto employees when things failed. - People are turned into convenient scapegoats. - The culture is poisonous, and anyone can be targeted without warning. - There is no real path for career growth, making effort feel pointless.
