Freedom with nobody micromanaging you.

Cons

No communication really between anyone, I was once called in for a drug test on my off day? Company is too slow to hire on. We barely have enough techs and I’ve been with company for 2 years still working as a temp. Instead of hiring me on they gave me an .87 cent raise.

Night shifts are really not good health wise and compensation for night shifts are not good at all.
