I only got paid for 40 hour weeks even when I worked 12 hrs/day 7 days/week during exercises as well as working nights. Absolutely NO comp time or benefit for working OT. The team lead would NEVER take responsibility for HIS mistakes and always found ways to blame the team or other entities. Sure, I lived in Europe, but there was no way for me to enjoy it or take care of personal business because I was ALWAYS on nights and stores are only open during the day. I hated working here.
