The Work environment is pretty cosy and the immediate managers typically seem to really care about their employees

Cons

upper management is truly awful and consistently fumble. Pay is mediocre, it's impossible to get promoted, layoffs constantly with no transparency so trying to contact someone who hasn't been at the company for a few weeks is commonplace

Everything except the job was amazing. Great work culture, nice people, they don't push you too hard. It's easy to be remote whenever when you're working on software.

The pay. It's too low.
