Pros

Embraces technology and strives for innovation. Many different product offerings for Defense and Mass Transit customers.

Cons

When Cubic was public, there was substantial inorganic growth through acquisitions. Onboarding those companies and utilizing their potential was inefficient and lead to a loss of synergy throughout the company. Cubic was acquired by Veritas Capital and new executive leadership installed. So there has been/will continue to be lots of restructuring.

People, FTO, large nice new building that’s completely empty in San Diego: if that’s where you work

Cons

Culture, future employment, opportunities, work life balance , wages, no fun, no resources/cut backs on everything, people exiting at a high rate of speed.
