Pros
The core employees are the only saving grace-hardworking, dedicated, talented, and great to be around. They deserve so much better. Amazing team. 9/80 schedule was a pro but like any employee perk has now been taken away.
Cons
Top-level management is awful: disconnected, disrespectful, and driving a toxic culture that pushes people out. Constant layoffs create nonstop anxiety, and nearly every role is being offshored, leaving remaining staff overwhelmed. There’s no stability, no transparency, and zero real investment in employees. All focus is on cost cuts and 0 interest in employee morale.
