If you are part of the right team, you have lots of support. Most folks want success for all of their teammates

Cons

You can easily work Long hours, workgroups tend to operate in their own silos, communication could be better? benefits good but expensive

Rotating door of VPs

Pros

Decent enough, some cool and innovative projects to work on.

Cons

Never ending rotation of VPs in and out, with constant reimagining of how things 'should'work. I've been with them less than 5yrs and on my 15th higher-up to report to. Annual goal planning and review process is a pointless exercise.

-Great people to work with -Work Life Balance is good -Lots of environments to configure environments and databases using SQL

Cons

-Communication is horrible amongst feature owners/feature architects -Paid at an hourly rate, have not been offered a salary -Little opportunities for development -Work can be repetitive at times
