      Transportation side, oof. could do better

      Pros

      Some cool people and opportunities to work on things that will positively impact the world. 9/80 schedule

      Cons

      Management is inept, they'll do everything they can to make themselves look good at the cost of the engineers' sanity. The requirement gathering process is nonsensical and they'll say yes to any of the customer's insane demands. A lot of work is outsourced to India in order to save money, but US workers are expected to keep with their time zone which creates burden on everyone. Pay is low. Processes are archaic.

      No room for advancement and horrible raises & benefits

      Like the people I work with in my office and it's close to home

      Cons

      Horrible raises & benefits and no room for advancement. They constantly send out engagement surveys to employees but completely overlook anything employees write about benefits or raises

      Great co-workers, meaningful work and great product.

      Cons

      Challenges to win the customer are all internally driven. Company not effective at implementing change. Company strategy too confusing. Siloed structure.
