      Stability New building is nice Gym

      Excessive Workload: Employees are consistently overworked, leading to burnout. Unrealistic Deadlines: Project timelines are often impossible to meet, creating constant pressure. Outdated Facilities: The building and parking are old and poorly maintained. No Personal Workspace: Desks are shared, making it hard to focus or feel settled. Disconnected Management: Leadership appears out of touch with the realities employees face daily.

      None currently as the company is sure to bankrupt.

      Cons

      Cubic has been bought out by Veritas Capital and they are using the classic vulture method of slowly bleeding the company dry. Assets have all been sold, multiple rounds of layoffs, and now the company is bare-bones awaiting a sucker to buy us out and finish us off. Benefits have all been cut, and yearly COLA raises have been delayed with notification of back-pay not going to occur. Beware any potential buyer, you are buying a dud.
