- 9/80 work schedule is great - Office has snacks and catering - People are great

Cons

- Extremely top heavy profit-first motivation - Constant layoffs - No raises - Doesn't pay well - Management is absurdly inefficient (why does one project need 9 managers?) - No growth opportunities - Managers actively talk negative about employees behind their backs and pick favorites

Cons

Instead of firing VPs not delivering results, they are laying off more key workers and offshoring to India. Very poor internal service. Cost cutting has led to poor internal service and will trickle down to the customer.
