Pros

Good set schedule Relaxed Atmosphere with cool management Above minimum wage pay Steady work with little or no scare of being laid off. Good on timed breaks and lunches

Cons

They wouldn't let me eat food at my desk. I mean no snacks or anything. One does get hungry and a little snack is always a good pick me up on both energy as well as moral. Only a little above minimum wage. Not much room for advancement opportunities. More often they will pull some one new for higher positions then moving some one up the latter.
