Pros
Gotta be honest here and say that, yes, its not the same place that it was 5 years ago but that's an unrealistic perspective to have in this kind of business. Start-ups change. Buy-outs happen. Things evolve. There is a lot of long term retention here still, which says something in a tech company and its still a good place to work. One of the best things about Intific are your co-workers. There are a lot of smart people here with laid back attitudes and a sense of humor gained from pretty much having seen it all in the games industry. The perks and benefits here are great and the 9/80 schedule, which gets you every other Friday off, ensures good work life balance.
Cons
There are some changes that have come with the merger with Cubic but management is still trying to keep Intific what it once was. Every company is going to have problems but often the grass is not greener, just a different shade of brown.
