Pros
The breadth of assignments you are exposed to is amazing. I have experienced growth in my career while at Cubic that I had not imagined would occur at my age. Due to older systems and fragmented business processes across companies there is a lot of opportunity at this company. Anyone with an eye for innovation and a appetite for change fits in well here. The company is investing millions of dollars in updating their legacy ERP systems to systems that will provide a much better user experience.
Cons
There are many legacy employees who only know how to use 20+ year old systems and are not ready to embrace change. This is also a pro as this creates opportunity for people who want to reshape the company into a modern company. If you are a top performer the work keeps coming, so you have to know how to balance and say no.
