Great benefits, have the ability to do great if right people are hired

Cons

Very bad management at director level, employees are not valued for their work but management has to like them. If you are not a pleaser and not liked you will he out the door without notice. Inwas there for 12 years worked hard but still was let go for no reason. Upper management needs to open their eyes and pick the leaders who value the work people do. People are just collecting money doing nothing because they know how to be a management pleaser.
