      Actual workers are great. Work is fairly easy.

      Change is a mess, massive cuts, entrenched leadership and a cuilture of "Appearing openminded" this company was sold to a PE firm, who can't figure out how to make them profitable. No investment in long term tools and solutions, top leadership received an open email from thier head of Quality denoting issues and it was ignored. The head of quality was realeased ofter that .....

      FTO and every other Friday off

      Cons

      Company is in severe decline and unstable. Do not adhere to a people focused culture and getting rid of every other Friday off and moving to in-office first culture.
