Still got some good team spirit; the transportation business is better run and a better place to work than either of the defense businesses; they pay fairly; benefits are good

Cons

Work/life balance is poor; defense businesses are siloed despite all efforts to change; senior mgmt fond of the cliched platitudes but ultimately, the only thing that matters to them is short term financial performance
