      -Con if you would like merits/bonuses as they have done away with those for years -Con with constant rolling layoffs monthly with no communications -Con with no support from top level management -Con with people last mentality -Con with no business growth in years and top level management driving business down - Con with sole focus on cost cutting and offshoring
