Some good people to work with, a strong sense of team in the Redhill office. Often there are opportunities for travel. Free cakes every two weeks on pay day!

Cons

Bullying culture in senior management, you need to be a white male who plays golf to progress up the ladder. Yes men preferred. Be prepared to work excessive hours - just work harder and longer is the mantra.
