Great technical knowledge and work ethic between dev teams. Nice office with lots of free parking and great cheap coffee. Honest team leads and passionate scrum masters.

Cons

Underpaid, poor corporate management, demand to work overtime to "deliver on time" but no overtime pay, toxic environment. Non technical product owners making technical decisions. New contractors paid triple the salary. Promotion takes 1.5 years.
