Promote and preach Agile practices but violate all the most important principles: no active user involvement, no focus or priority on frequent deliveries, do not complete features before moving on to the next, do not apply the 80/20 rule, no testing through iterations (no stable builds after 2+ years), no collaboration or cooperation with stakeholders (in fact stakeholders viewed as 'the enemy'). Work location in "the hood" between John Young Parkway and Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando FL. Bulk of technical staff are Full Sail graduates and EA Sports cast offs - unable to technically execute projects on time or on budget, poor math and engineering skills. Peter Principle in full effect - Junior level people promoted to senior levels roles are overwhelmed and constantly overcome by events. Open work space concept completely distracting and extremely noisy. Upper management completely out of touch and ineffective - inmates running the asylum.
