* Excellent, hardworking software team and managers who care / listen. * Beautiful and safe San Diego location * Some investment in growth and technology (new projects use latest tools). * Support U.S. workers in infrastructure and military * Good amount of vacation time

Cons

* Some projects use burdensome, ultra-outdated technology stack (decades-old tools). * Hard to tell what the deadlines actually are * Difficulty shifting out of "old-school" culture, but they're trying.

Pay was about right I suppose

Cons

Very bad management of projects, projects always rushed as a result. Dead end job unless you are in the right group with the right friends. Old software and hardware - so nothing new to learn and no opportunities to improve.
