Hard to believe it's the same company

Pros

The people were the best part. Great health benefits, work from home, and nice vacation time

Cons

Community Service team has disbanded. Full reorganization of large sections of the company twice in the last 2 years. Management is nice, but doesn't seem to have a plan. When the disconnect is called out the blame is that employees can't handle change. No more opportunities for growth or career advancement and yearly raises are small.

It was great until it wasn’t.

Pros

All the worker bees are nice. Benefits were very good.

Cons

They lost their way. They lie too. They kicked off 2023 with closing 2 facilities. Then they fired 90% of their American artists and hired people in India to replace them for dirt cheap. They ended 2024 firing hundreds of other people including some poor suckers who had been there 20+ years. Some who were on maternity leave when they found out. The severance they advertised for the media isn’t true (or it’s wildly inconsistent). No one in customer care got anywhere near what they claim. Buyer beware- don’t drink the kool aid, they do not care about you.
