      I have worked at several jobs from food to retail to an investment firm. I've seen it all! Never have I found a job where you can truly connect with everyone!! -Transparency -You have control of how much you get paid by how hard you work. -Flexible -GREAT BENEFITS! - Option to work from home *Occasional -Free food every Tuesday and Thursday!! -Awesome people -Awesome company

      Pros

      Everyone is empowered to make change. The work is fun, the mission matters, you can directly see the results of your contributions. There are lots of growth opportunities if you own your growth. The environment is great. Free snacks, drinks, and meals. Lots of fun activities and contests. The offices are bright and vibrant, no cube farms but not totally an "open space" either. The culture is true. Inkers are kind, dedicated, and creative. It's fun to come to work every day.

      Cons

      The company consistently grows, there is always a lot of work to get done, never enough time/resources. It is not an easy job, this is not a place where you can just "cruise".
