      The Speed of growth can be intimidating but it's worth the ride if you want to grow, learn from your experiences, and create your own career path.

      Pros

      Fantastic benefits, solid compensation, provided food, mostly great people, reasonable shifts, weekends and most holidays off.

      Cons

      Lack of standard practices, unclear policies, management doesn't communicate very well between shifts, job roles have very lopsided responsibilities. Because training is not standard it's fairly common to be reprimanded for not doing something you were never trained in correctly. Listed core values have iffy compliance and mainly seems to be a one way street in favor of management.
