      Remote work, low stakes product, people are nice, good work life balance

      Cons

      Workers have very little say in direction of company Fickle, wavering, out of touch leadership is isolated from suffering consequences Focus on enterprise over community They fired about half of the technology division suddenly and are focusing on hiring contractors and offshoring

      Company lost its way

      Pros

      There used to be a sense of community and there used to be a great work culture.

      Cons

      Every day i fear for my job. 1000 people have been let go this year in favor of moving our work to other countries where the minimum wage is extremely low.
